I'm going to start a workout shedule. I only found out this year that a person's supposed to exercise 5 times a week!
hmm, so i'm going to work towards that. I realise how weak i am. This month, each time i try to mug, i immediately feel extraordinarily tired and sleepy. I was SUPPOSED to be studying really hard this month but apparently i'm too weak physically and hence mentally to study hard.
Excuses? I dun think so.
Anyway, now is the beginning of the fun. =)
